Line is long, but the food is fresh and always good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only a complaint would be the propulsion-dru loudspeakers... it's sucked and you can't hear what the employee says, otherwise...

The cooked chicken here is excellent! I believe there’s a new owner because the chicken tastes even better now. The quality of everything is consistently great. Their cookies, drizzled with honey, are also delicious. When you ask for hot sauce, they provide plenty of packets. The service is always quick and friendly!

Don't let the drive-thru line intimidate you! It may seem long, but they handle things efficiently. We were 10 cars back and got through in less than 15 minutes.

The customer service was great, although they didn't have ranch dressing available. The food was delicious, and I have no complaints there. However, the drive-thru line can get quite long. While the food was generally okay, the nuggets were a bit lacking in crispiness. Without ranch, the meal feels incomplete. On the bright side, I absolutely love their chicken sandwich!
