Jimmy Johns - Hanover Park

I really appreciate the team at this restaurant! Today, they had to deal with a really difficult and rude customer, but both the manager and the staff handled the situation with professionalism. I wanted to make sure they receive a positive review in case that customer tries to leave a negative one. Keep up the good work!

This place is incredibly fast! It's very clean, and the food is delicious—nothing to complain about. It's a great value, and the staff are friendly. It's like a subway option for workers; they won't take up your entire lunch break, even when you have a big appetite and limited time.

I ordered a #11 sandwich which was supposed to come with a lot of salad. I even asked for extra salad, but I received less than what was promised. I'm not joking when I say that I really want my salad. Other than that, I find that Jimmy John's generally delivers well about 90% of the time.
