Sandals Negril - Hanover

The staff is amazing, cannot say enough about how wonderful every member of the Negril staff is. Basil and Theda are amazing, and whatever they are getting paid it isn 't enough. The entertainment staff at Negril is second to none, make sure you check out the show each evening if you 're going. The travel and leisure staff can help make your next dream trip a reality, shout out to Sonya for helping us with ours. The only thing I would do without at this resort is some of the people who stay here. Some examples would be the guy who at 10AM couldn 't get a coherent sentence out because he appeared to be on drink 12, the insatiable Karen who doesn 't understand what amazing is and just wants to complain about life, and no shirt bro who clearly doesn 't understand what shirt and shoes required means. If you want an amazing destination vacation this is a great option, just make sure you know what you want. If you want a beach and great food grab one of the basic rooms and enjoy paradise, if you might want a bit more as well as room service make sure to upgrade to concierge level, and if you want the full experience make sure to go with the butler suite. Don 't complain about the level of service if you refuse to pay for what you really want. Also, don 't try to make your vacation worth it by drinking your weight in booze. Enjoy this resort for the amazing staff, location, and food then let every concern in life drift away.

We loved it! The staff was amazing! Special scream for Blair! He was excellent to work. All staff were friendly! We had such a good time. We made a few massages, dinner on the beach, a private boat trip and cave tour! AMAZING!!!

Sandals Negril was amazing. Property is clean and honeymoon suite was beyond amazing. Our butlers Theda Dr G were one of a kind. We wanted for nothing!!!! I will no longer stay at a sandals without butler service. It’s such a relaxing resort. Just what we needed. The staff at this resort are incredible. I can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Sandals Negril exceeded our expectations by far. Every member of the staff were extremely attentive and professional. Our wedding coordinators went above and beyond. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highlight of iur stay was Chris at the Piano Bar. We never went without a drink. He made sure we had everything we needed. Spend a day at the Piano Bar pool and it'll be your daily go to during your stay.

Bullet points: The drive from the airport to resort isn 't great in terms of length, but sometimes you get a driver who gives some historical background, and that 's nice. Room was a bit smaller than we had expected, but you 're not spending much time there anyway. Water (in December) is wicked warm, pool is a bit chilly Food was over all good. The main restaurant serves some decent dishes for lunch and dinner, and a fine buffet in the AM. There are a handful of restaurants, try them all. Sundowner was the best and had one of the best steaks I 've ever had, and it 's a bit quieter. We never really had an issue getting any spot on the beach or pool, although this was in 2021. All the folks there: entertainers, desk managers, bartenders, etc. were very kind and helpful. Lunch does leave something to be desired, but we just might not have gotten around enough. Easy to walk from one end to the other, but they do stop you before you get off the resort . Beach really was awesome. Overall, it was a great vacation. There is plenty to do, but it is geared more towards relaxation and chilling. If/when we go back to Jamaica, it will be at the top of our list. Pro tip: if you don 't have butler service aka you have the lowest class of rooms, grab a pizza from their pizza shop and store it in your fridge for a late night snack.
