The staff was friendly, but the service was very slow, although it was a slow day. Food was very good, but not amazing. Will definitely return as the service is usually much better.

My friend and I both have the Hausburger. She has pommes and I have onion rings. Cooked medium. Everything was great! Our waiter was Sam. He was fast and efficient. Dessert Cream Brulee, delicious!

WORST RESTAURANT IN HANOVER! If you enjoy slow service, frozen steak tips, cold baked cod, and chicken Alfredo with no Alfredo sauce, then this is the place for you! We visited tonight and waited 45 minutes for our appetizers, only to be served our cold entrees afterward. I asked our server, Victoria, for the manager, and she informed me he was too busy to speak with us. Unbelievable! I believe feedback is valuable, and if the manager isn't interested in hearing from customers, this restaurant is destined for failure. With so many better dining options in Hanover, I doubt this place will last until the end of the year. Consider going to Alba instead!
