フィードバックを提供するNeeds corporate communication between online ordering and local management. Out of so many things. Out of brand new menu items that have only been advertised a week or so. Terrible inventory system. Employees are either hoarding special ingredients, using them improperly, or not keeping stocked.The inventory status of ingredients needs to be reflected and communicated to customer AT ordering, whether online or at speaker. Not AFTER. They really want you to PAY for a premium item that is the attraction to the store in the first place and then just give you a regular burger at the SAME price. Not to mention the gas and time wasted and overall inconvenience. Do not promote products you DO NOT have.It’s always the customer who has to pay for it.
Went to burger king this morning. They had two workers. Wasn’t real busy but those two workers were amazing.
The car in front of me in dricw thru sat for at least 8 minutes at the speaker before he got to order then when I pulled up to speaker I waited more than 5 minutes before getting to speak! We were the only 2 vehicles around the building so I wasnt sure what the hold up
You get what you pay for basically but the customer service is
Cash register/ordering area abandoned, was not even acknowledged being there...bring your own folding lawn chair for the LONG wait. Manager was in her office, too lazy to come out take orders, her 1 was glass didn't work.Parking: Parking is no issue since VERY FEW other suckers were there.
