Pizza Hut - Hancock

Pizza was good, price a little high. it doesn't matter to pay anything more when eating is good. have not been there in 7 years because pizza smells like dirty socks and not in the position to eat it last time bought. no reply to email, if mentioned. family composition had bought numerous pizzas from there a few weeks ago and they were good. decided to give them another chance. I'm glad they improved for both of us.

Delicious pizza! I have 2 pizzas and young ones that made them right. I called earlier to make my order. they were friendly and extremely helpful during my call. I got up when they said it was ready. it was beautiful and hot

The food was ready for pick-up at the time they had promised. The service was fast and friendly.

The wings at this restaurant are amazing! I don't go there often because they are quite expensive. I spent $75 on an order of 36 wings and breadsticks, which was a bit pricey for me.

The customer service was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and willing to help. However, the food was disappointing, which was a first for me. We had to wait for our pizza order because they didn't have all the necessary ingredients, which was not their fault. Unfortunately, our food was left out to cool instead of being kept warm while we waited. I understand that the workers may be tired and overworked, but it would be helpful to mention if you see your food sitting out while waiting for another item to be prepared.
