First Watch - Hampton

I usually never finished my food when I go out to eat and end-up bringing leftovers home, but not this time. The food was so tasty, delicious, fresh and healthy I finished it in 3 bites, no leftovers this time.

I really do love this restaurant. I've been to First Watch several times but never this location. They never disappoint every thing is always fresh. This visit i decided to order the Purple Haze and Kale Tonic juice. They both were different but delicious. The purple haze juice was made with lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea hint of Lavender. The Kale Tonic was made with Kale, fuji apple, cucumber and lemon. For my food I ordered The works omelet and the traditional breakfast everything was so fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my meal and I can't wait to return to try something else.

Potatoes weren’t cooked all the way. Very hard to chew. Saggy bread. Disappointed. The only thing good was the coffee lol

This is an excellent spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! The menu offers a fantastic variety, and the service has always been quick and friendly during my visits. Every meal I've tried here has been wonderful. I had the Parma Skillet Hash for the first time, and wow... it was incredible! The Kale Tonic is consistently delicious too. And believe me when I say their pancakes are HUGE—they really are!

I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and the so-called Million Dollar Bacon, which I’ll discuss shortly. The pancakes were enjoyable, with the lemon curd being just the right amount of tart. However, the Million Dollar Bacon didn't quite live up to its name. I was expecting a sweet, candied coating with a spicy kick, but it just tasted like some standard peppered bacon that accidentally got too close to my Aunt Jemima syrup. The bacon definitely needs some refinement or more attention, because I was craving something more exciting on my plate. Honestly, I could have gone to Dunkin' and grabbed some snackin' bacon instead. Overall, it's a great place to eat, and I would definitely return to try more items from their menu.
