Fratelli's - Hampstead

The work environment is quite unpleasant. While the food is good, the prices are too high. After witnessing a staff member’s verbal abuse, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The work environment is quite poor! Employees are frequently yelled at and humiliated in front of customers. The owners and management lack professionalism.

The staff is very polite and efficient, and the food is consistently excellent every time we visit.

Fratelli’s was simply Awesome. The food, staff, manager, etc were outstanding. I’ve never had a single thing there, that taste nasty or was unpleasant to eat. Every single thing we’ve ordered was Excellent. All of these comments are not exaggerated!! They are all true! I took My husband to Fratelli’s for a surprise treat. We ordered crab cakes and lasagna. The homemade noodles were delish. Crabs cakes excellent! Please don’t listen to those negative comments. I’ve never ever experienced anything of the sort. I’m been eating at Fratelli’s lots of times. Found it one day by mistake. But appreciated finding this jewel Try it out, U won’t be sorry!

We made reservations for dinner on our Anniversary Sunday. We arrived at our time and were seated right away. Samantha was our server and she was at our table probably a minute after we sat down to get a drink order and to give us the specials for the day. She gave us the right amount of time we felt to decided what we wanted. She was amazing and so pleasant. Our meals arrived and oh my goodness, they were amazing and so much of it. Samantha checked on us periodically to see how everything was, but not annoyingly. She funny and just all around great server. We were extremely pleased with our dinner, the server, Samantha especially. There was a line when we were leaving but they never rushed us to finish and they were getting people in from what i could see very quickly. The bus boys were on top of things but again never rushed us and didnt clear everything until we were away from the table. Very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.
