Mcdonald's - Hammond

I hate that I even have to leave a star for this place. the employees are rude, the managers are useless and the drive thru is the absolute worst. they would better drive the additional 4 minutes to the swingerstraße mcdonald’s!

The service took an additional 20 minutes to assist a customer at the payment window, causing three cars to leave the drive-thru after placing their orders.

What can I say, this is mcdonalds. but the place of the crown is always fast and clean. no problem.

When I finally got to the window, they asked me to pull forward and wait at the side. After ten minutes with no updates, I received a call about my mother being taken from the sick car to a hospital. At that moment, I prioritized my mother's health and left. On my way to the hospital, I tried calling to request a refund, apologizing for the inconvenience. After ringing for five minutes, a teenager finally picked up. I began to explain my situation, but before I could finish, he hung up on me. Doubting it was intentional, I called back, only to face the same delay before he answered again. I tried explaining what happened and asked for a refund, but instead, I was met with laughter and a series of unintelligible noises. He continued making these sounds for five minutes. I attempted to remain courteous, but eventually asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. I called back several more times, only to be hung up on repeatedly until the calls ended without any resolution. I plan to call again tomorrow, and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism I encountered.

Who owns it? I would love to talk to someone. You sit forever in the drive thru they take there sweet time answering the speaker. Just a horrible experience. Half the time they don’t even answer and you have to pull over to the one on Kennedy to even get service
