フィードバックを提供するWorst firehouse subs I been to. Unprofessional and wait times are 30 minutes also it was not busy at all. Cashier took just 10-15 min to get my order. Definitely need a better staff .
I went in because I had a T-mobile promotion for a bogo. There was even a sign welcoming T-mobile customers. The promotion was easy to apply. That was a wonderful rarity. T-mobile has a lot of sandwich promotions and often the employees can't figure them out. The ordering line went quickly, but it took me 25 minutes to get my order. There were several people waiting for their orders. The place nearly cleared out by the time my order arrived a little past 1 PM. The place was generally clean and there was a lady actively cleaning. The sandwiches were good, but nothing outstanding.
Sandwich?s are decent like any other complaint here the service is so slow and literally wait 10-15 min until they take your order and they always forget the pickle of one of the worst firehouses I was too
I don’t think I've ever experienced such poor service at a restaurant before. I visited this location and found it completely empty, yet I was informed that I could place my order, but it would take 25 minutes before they could even begin preparing it. What? With five employees on duty, it’s hard to believe they can’t handle customer orders in a timely manner. This is truly unbelievable. As a business owner, I would want to know if my staff is discouraging customers from returning. I certainly won’t be coming back.
I don't think I've ever been to a firehouse where my experience was so disappointing. I visited this location, and there was no one available to assist me. I was informed that I could place an order, but it would take 25 minutes before anyone could attend to it. What? With a staff of five women, it's hard to believe they can't manage serving customers while also taking orders. I've never encountered such poor service before. It's concerning to think that a place could lose customers due to their staff's inability to handle the flow of people. If I were the owner of this business, I would definitely want to be aware that my employees are discouraging customers. I certainly won't be returning.
