Chili's Grill - Hammond

Sat at the host table for 10 mins and didn’t even get greeted with a hello nor did anyone look our way. We ended up leaving it seemed as if we were being ignored

Food was overcooked, service was slow, we got refills when we were nearly ready to leave and we only saw the server when he brought our food.

My worst experience ever at chilis this past wendesday the lights weren't on outside and I've said something to the workers each time it has been at least 4 times since I've moved here March of last year thats dangerous at night the waitress didn't seem to want to refill our drinks we waited over 30 minutes for her to fome back and take the order it was really bad I truly can't believe how bad it was because I take my family all the time me and my girlfriend get the meal each time I just couldn' … – show

They never answer the phone for to go orders! Ordering online is inconvenient when you can fix the food the way you want it! They advise to call but never answer.

Quick Friendly Service, they need to fix lighting outside, looks scary at night
