Goldhawk Fish - Hammersmith and Fulham

This is a very average small restaurant with not much to offer. The decor is minimal and the food is nothing special. The service is decent, but it's not really a place for dining in. It's more suitable for takeout.

We were very, very disappointed with the reheated fries that I have had on two occasions. Once as a sit-down meal and also as a takeout. The bag of fries that I ordered was cold, and some even fell on the counter and I was told that they are cold, the server said it was because of the overall cold. I also have doubts about the hygiene in this place. Not recommended.

This restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The chips appeared to be about a week old and tasted terrible. The fish, if you could even call it that, was hard and the batter was tough. I took one bite and immediately spat it out - I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. I will never visit this restaurant again.
