First class Italian food designed in the typically simple Italian style, all freshly cooked by hand and served with courtesy. Prices very reasonable. Italian wines to a good range in quality and price. Highly recommended.

Multiple items on the menu marked as vegetarian when not. Waiter tried to justify why they’re marked as vegetarian, but after he checked with the chef he confirmed they’re not (e.g Parmesan and pesto), and then blamed it on a printing error. Principally this is wrong and this place should be avoided if you’re vegetarian as they lie about it.

Asked what was the house wine. He told us, the price was £12.95. We ordered it. Then he Bought the bill to us. He charged us £17.95 which was a completely different wine. That ruined the meal for us and we left after paying. Consider the screwing us for the bottle of wine to be your tip

I must say I did enjoy the vibe of the place, unpretentious and unscripted, all while facing the green to remind you that you are still in London somewhat! Food offerings are more geared towards hearty than fine. Wine by the glass comes in one size! It' what you like no?? I would have loved to come back here around the 9:45-11 PM on a Friday Saturday to experience the place at its buzzy best ...

The food was very good! Compliments to the chef. The Lasagna was veryy tasty and also the tiramisu. A great value for the location as well
