Terrible experience on Latin Saturday 's night . Were invited to celebrate a friend 's birthday . There was a young couple an the entrance charging the $10 to access ; we have no problem with that since it is typically what clubs charge , however it was cash only ..the guy , was **** off already when we get to the counter and we didnt know it was cash only..and I told him that we didn 't have cash and his answer , not in a good mood was IF YOU DON 'T HAVE CASH THEN DON 'T GO IN .. the guy and the lady were already stressed ..but hey it is not my problem if the didn 't have a good day before they start working . Honestly that ruined my night right there , he pulled out my ID off my hands and was telling me that the ATM machine was somewhere inside of the venue , but at the same time the lady was arguing with my wife , by then my mood was crashed already and my night was sourly dressed by these two . So we decided not to go in and so all our friends couldn 't celebrate the birthday . Some of them actually went out as well , apparently i was death environment inside , which we never could see it anyways . Conclusion, the owner of the club needs to hire guys that knows about costumer service and if they charge Cash only..man put an ATM machine by the door , now days no one use cash anymore , and put visible signs at the doors , not a hand written little sheet that you read it only when you get to the counter after making a 10 mins line .
