Anno 03 - Hamm

The first time I had dinner with his family was in Anno 's. I had already been introduced formally and we had a coffee appointment, but that was DINNER. I didn't speak German and his parents didn't speak English. His brother spoke English, but he is of course a very quiet person, so that did not want to help. I was introduced to the family. I remember being very nervous about what to order as this was my first time in Germany and I had not experimented with the food yet. The menu had a wonderful selection of meaty and hearty sound dishes, and I trusted him to get me a steak. Everyone got various steaks and sides, beers to your taste buds and we sat and waited for our meal. I thought there were strange silences, but when he translated the first story to his parents, a beautiful salad arrived in less than 7 minutes. In no time was everything you could hear, knives and forks on plates, crunching, munching and much cheerful grin. I eat very slowly and they eat 'real 'fast', so it's always funny when I'm halfway through my meal and everyone else is done. However at Anno 's, the steaks were juicy, the potato dishes are literally to die and the beer and baggage 's flowed, like the conversation and my dinner. We all filled Anno's. It was a wonderful evening. From this experience, every time I am in Hamm, we have a family dinner in Anno 's and never disappointed. The outdoor garden in a sunny afternoon is the best place to catch with friends over a sunset. When avoiding the cold, the warmth, decor and ambience in Anno 's you have warmed in no time. Even in a busy night, the staff is always so attentive, smiling and caressing for every patron, no matter how his age. I was impressed. So far, I've been around 7 times in Anno's plan to eat my way through her menu. I'm about what I'll have next time. Can't wait to be back.

Wunderbares Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamem, freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es sind große Portionen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
