Diamond's - Hamilton Township

I had an exceptional meal here with aunt (who brought a bottle of wine for us to share) on a Wednesday night. I worked for the owners when they were on Kent Street 30 years ago for a couple of years until I graduated college and hadn’t been back since because I left the area. I had been comparing every Vodka Rigatoni I’ve had for three decades to my memory and it did not disappoint. Also went for some old favorites with the sausage bread and the Chicken Saltimbocca. My aunt ordered the seafood sampler appetizer and the Chicken Francaise. She had a chocolate cake for dessert and I did the tartuffo. Our server was fantastic kept us perfectly paced. We both left with a good amount of leftovers!! Fantastic experience. Sorry no pictures.

Took my mom out for a dinner date which the T-MOBILE dining led me to Diamond's. I am glad it did because everything was fantastic. My mom knew the place from when Diamond's resided in the greater Trenton area. Both Anthony the waiter and owner were nothing but spectacular. So great I sat through a time capsule once Anthony(owner) and my mom started chatting about the grand ol' days of Trenton. Service: Dine in

We're from the Philadelphia area. Had to meet a business associate in New Jersey. This was the spot we picked. We could not have been happier eating here. My fiance had the rack of lamb which included eight lamb chops instead of the normal six. I had the barbecue bacon wrapped shrimp for an appetizer and for my main course I had the lobster and wide pasta noodle special. It was totally amazing loaded with lobster in what I would describe as a rosé sauce. The customer service is excellent. The busboy did an excellent job keeping our water glasses full, they had great coffee, we could have not been happier with our meal. Best Italian food in New Jersey so far highly recommend!!!
