Domino's Pizza - Hamilton

The food is excellent, and the pizzas are consistently delicious. However, I think some of your drivers could benefit from a little training in driving and parking when picking up orders.

When I called to speak with the manager about our order, I was told they were too busy and would call back later. When I insisted that this was unacceptable and requested to speak with the manager directly, I was again informed that the manager would not come to the phone. I understand that it was a busy Sunday evening, but addressing customer complaints should take priority. It's clear that when we do decide to order pizza again, we'll be going back to Papa John's, where we've always had great experiences. We thought we'd give Domino's a try this time, but never again. The pizzas were terrible, and I wouldn't even pay £5 each for them, let alone the £26.99 we spent!

I’ve tried ordering from this restaurant twice now, going through the entire menu and finally deciding what to get, only to find out at checkout that they don’t deliver! When I called to ask about it, I received a rather brusque response and they practically hung up on me. I heard they’re not delivering because they’re too busy! I won’t be returning as a customer.

Pure stinking place, avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced trash and the last time I ordered fae here, they never even delivered..... It's been over 2 weeks n am still waiting on ma manky pizza tae arrive. Yees might aswell wear a mask and mug me. Fulla pish man.

Very good, pizza always fresh and staff are friendly.
