Food was good. Had ordered fish sandwich combo. I have lived in a totally different culture till now and I am trying to cope up with the culture here. Rarely have had sandwiches. When asked what toppings can I have in a fish sandwich. I couldn't get an asked. Was kept on asked the same question would you like to order anything else in response to my question. Very polite communication. Just a misunderstanding or unexpected response from a customer.

Whenever you feel let down by an overpriced meal at a recipe.ca restaurant (they have been lowering their food costs and quality for years...ever wonder why you never get a well done patty at a Kelsey's? That's because it turns to inedible hard rubber, they must serve it pink so it seems tender). Always remember you can get higher quality patties, that are actually flame broiled at a Harvey's. Your mouth will thank you and so will your wallet! This Harvey's has a great team. I always feel respected and taken care of properly here! Dear Harvey's you are my goto after my weekly spinal injections...best NA comfort food around! Thank you for always brightening my day!

I visited in the upper James Harveys near Steinkirche on your Resturant at 19:00, the customer service was really bad and the environment was only negative due to this girl. One more thing, I ordered a meal with a drink and I asked for a tablet... but she refused and said put it in your car cup holder, we are not allowed to put a tray for a single tablet, how stupid it is, your restaurant is cheap that you are not a single tablet when your customer asks for it. I never come back to this restaurant and I will make sure that I will put this complaint to your head.

We did the drive-tru... they were fast, efficient, got the order right (on all ingredients on our burgers! Fantastic burgers and onion rings... always good at this place! Great prices, cheap lunch, yet high quality food!

Ordered by Uber Eats. I ordered grilled chicken salad. $11.00 . small, confused, no dressing. A hamburger with onion rings ordered. Cold, missing spices I ordered. I've been going to Harvey for over 50 years. That was a great disappointment and a waste of money. The chief said to complain to Uber Eats. They did nothing like Harvey's manager, the manager just passed the Buck to another, I'm just disgusted with the customer service
