Moe's Southwest Grill - Hamden

The service at this restaurant is lacking, as they frequently run out of toppings and other add-ons. Additionally, the food does not seem fresh when ordered in the afternoon.

I had reservations about dining at this restaurant when I noticed there was no protective barrier behind the counter. This lack of protection means that any pathogens and particles that enter through the front doors can easily contaminate the food. The proteins appeared dry, and I observed steam escaping between two of the six pieces of food. It became clear that the food was being overcooked, possibly causing the molecules to vibrate and vaporize. The dishes also seemed to have been prepared hours before. The tacos were overpriced, and the rice bowl with spicy chicken only had flavor because of the jalapeños. The restaurant is located in Hamden Plaza off Route 15 at Exit 60. I may not dine here again, but others may have a better experience if they are willing to take the risk.

The food at this restaurant doesn't seem fresh, and I'm not sure if it's part of a franchise. The service was good, but the food definitely needs to be fresher.

Came in the workers in the front didn’t greet me just looked at me never took my order had me standing there waiting for about 5-7 mins so I left the food station was messy looked disgusting
