Osteria Ivigneri - Hamburg

The food was in the suburbs. the waitress was excellent and attentive. they all spoke English and were very helpful.

If they are in hamburg and are a fan of Italian food, they should definitely visit the "osteria i vigneri". the restaurant is beautifully located, only two minutes walk around the corner of the Rathaus. as soon as they enter this place, they will give themselves to the warm reception of gastgeber mario and his great service team. I could spend endless times on this place and enjoy the highly qualified culinary talent that is brought out in this kitchen. the passion that everyone is in this place is in every moment of their visit. enjoy hand-picked ingredients of highest quality, carefully selected by friendly producers. to surpass all this, they let themselves be introduced by them into their great collection of excellent wines. I was rarely at a place that is as flawless as this. it is a place where they feel like home and welcome. enjoy the highest time comfort with style in a very unpretentious but pleasantly luxuriously designed environment. I will always be here, at any time and at any season.

We were looking for a good Italian restaurant in hamburg and our hotel suggested this charming osteria. what a sound... so welcoming and we had a great night. I was really not sure which wee should order because I didn't know, but the waiter found one that was just the right one for me. we loved the warm, fresh bread and our own olive oil as well as our main dishes and of course the desserts. Too bad that is at the other end of the world, otherwise we would be guests!

We were as a 4-headed family, 3 adults and 1 child, there and had not booked. hamburg had walked in the rain and looked like 4 drowned mice :-) we were welcomed by all staff very friendly and led to a nice quiet table. our waitress was really nice, positiw and smiled. attentive to all 4. we have ordered all 4 bark dishes, and before that we were offered a small tasting, dried bark meat with a kind of soft cheese. very tasty. good simple brot, immersed in self-pressed olive oil. great they made simple noodles with tomato sauce for my son, in short, he finished all the drank for adults with a huge smile and certainly one of the best noodle dishes he had ever had. the other 3 had other homemade noodles with different sauces, very great drinking, super tasty and simple, but well presented. very happy all 4. my children (one is actually 19) shared the chocolate cake with sky, wow, it looked so good and our taste showed that it was excellent. my wife and I drank coffee. only small complaining were my wife latte could have been warmer the service was nice, warm, friendly and accurate. waiter and waitress were elegant without being snobistic. it took a little while, as the dinge are relaxed, but since the rains hammered down, this was in order. with drinks and everything we have 114 eur incl. tips, which is more than fair. come privately and business at any time

We came to late dinner (after 21:00). the personal was very friendly and treated us very professional. a person was vegetarian and - without asking - the amuse was correspondingly served - so it should be good portions. Wine prices (per glass) in the raised area (white about 10,00 euro / red from 11,00 euro per glass).we'll be back to enjoy!
