Koz Ocakbasi - Hamburg

Good place for dinning. We have eaten doner kabab with turkish ayran. Very good but waiters are stupid and intrusive- when me ordered doners without garlic, they said ok and bring with garlic.

I have tried many turkish resturant in other countries. But the quality of this one was not comparable. We sat in second floor . There was no air. I could just smell of the food of others. The Soup soup i ordered had almost no taste. But the bread and kebab we ordered was delicious.

Food is delicious and the whole Restaurant seems very authentic to me. Service was excellent and fast.The only negative aspect: either they don't have an aeration or they did not turn it on, because I smelled like a grilled kebab when I came out of the restaurant.

This is one of my favorite stops in Hamburg for meat and BBQ. The food is great and very good price as well. When you look for some super meat and a genuine Turkish experience, this is the place to visit

Read the reviews on the Restaurant and we were staying opposite so thought we would give it a go. Amazing food. At the beginning of our trip we started in Istanbul. We had some amazing food during our stay and this is one of the best Turkish food experiences on the trip. We shared one f the specials for four people and it had the best meat combination. With the salad and bread also provided we walked away very satisfied with our selection. Please if you are staying in the area try this amazing place. It is close to the central station in Hamburg.
