I had the Palak Paneer thali, the main dish, palak paneer was delicious, naan was good too. Rice and daal were pretty average, also had a mango lassi which was nice. This is a self service place that means you can save on tip if you are looking for a cheap eat. :P :PWell, even though the place is fine, I would be coming back when I am looking for Indian food and in a hurry, otherwise the nearby Dostana restaurant would be a preferred option, its thali is a couple euro more but worth it.
Cash only!!The food is tasty, good quality, generous portions and very cheap, but the service is very poor, they barely speak English, only accept cash and is a self service place. Also the surrounding area is not nice, with a lot of prostitutes offering services.
Probably as close to home made indian as you can get. Forget the fancy restaurants- spend too much time on decor. Stuff here is fresh and has a fast turnover and is packed at peak times. The secret is out but they dont bother increasing prices much because their client base would suffer. Tasty, very tasty.
The place is terribly dirty and they serve food with hands.. they touch everything and rice is coming in a plastic bowl that is used in toilets:( i regret being there
It's not that easy to find good real indian restaurants sometimes, but this place was a great surprise. Great value for money! We were so happy with our thalis, that we came for dinner again the very next day.
