Mcdonald's - HALLETT COVE

Last month, I visited this restaurant twice for breakfast, and both times my order was incorrect. By the time I realized it, I was too far away to go back and fix it. I won’t be returning a third time!

I received the wrong dressing for my Caesar salad, and the chips were cold. The restaurant wasn’t even busy; it was quite quiet with minimal activity in the kitchen. I'm not overreacting, just disappointed.

I would give this place zero stars if I could! Taylor is incredibly rude and has a vivid imagination. I had a terrible experience with her when she refused to correct a wrong order that was served cold. In the end, the replacement was also incorrect. I called multiple times to try and resolve the issue and even visited the location three times. During my third visit, she made us wait nearly two hours before we received any service. She didn't even acknowledge me; instead, she had her crew members handle my order but didn’t seem like a manager at all. Since that incident, every time she has served me, she’s made snide comments and rude faces. Some of her colleagues have specifically informed me that she speaks poorly about customers (myself included) when at work. That's really unprofessional. I honestly don't feel comfortable going to my local McDonald's in Hallett Cove anymore; I would much rather take the extra time to go to the one in Reynella.

They need to change the oil that tasted chips and my burger was really sloppy. I don't have many employees on a customer, so I don't know why

Service was good, food was OK. Carpark is a bit tight for larger vehicles entering the drive though.
