Elements on Hollis - Halifax

Get the buffet. You have lots of choices from meats to yogurt and fruit. They make eggs or omlets to order and have steaming hot coffee. You can have a variety of different pastries or toast. Lots of juices to select from as well. Nice people work here too!

The meals were delicious and the wait staff exceptional at Elements on Hollis. Breakfast was informal and comfortable, and featured all of my favorite breakfast foods. I recommend this place - especially if you are staying at the Westin Nova Scotian!

A friend of mine was visiting from Victoria so I decided to check out Elements as it was nearby. Were we ever glad we did! Phenomenal appetizers, mains, and desserts. The salmon was fresh and cooked to perfection. The food was top notch, but the service was even better. Timely, humorous and had some great stories. 10/10 would recommend Elements for an enjoyable evening before heading to the always funny, Yuk Yuk's comedy show.

We arrived at Elements a little early and got a nice corner table with a good view over the whole restaurant. Our waiter Jose was very nice and definitely made the evening. We ordered the steak and the salmon, which both tasted amazing. But the cheesecake with chocolate covered bacon was by far the best!

We were only here for breakfast and to get morning coffees. The buffet is a must but is more like a beautiful brunch. Coffee is great and they do have espresso too.
