The staff was really friendly and informed us that the baked goods tend to sell out quickly. The breakfast cookie was fantastic—large, soft, and packed with nuts, berries, and banana flavor. It felt like a complete meal. As for the bagel, while it was pretty basic, it was one of the best cafe bagels I've had; it was toasted just right. We also tried a latte and a regular coffee, both of which were quite good. I would definitely come back, and next time, I’ll make sure to grab a scone!
We ordered the Original bagel sandwich with sausage and the Everything bagel with cream cheese, and both were delicious! However, the Everything bagel only had poppy and sesame seeds. We also tried a London Fog, which was delightful, especially with the addition of a little vanilla syrup. The decor was adorable, featuring plenty of elephants and beautiful live-edge wood tables. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect spot for working or spending time with friends. We're definitely planning to return the next time we're in the area!
If you're gluten-free, this restaurant is a must-visit! We dined here twice during our weekend in Half Moon Bay. The coffee is outstanding, and the gluten-free pastries are a delightful indulgence. The cinnamon gluten-free scone was especially incredible. My husband tried a chocolate chip scone (which contains gluten) and said it was just as delicious.
