Metro View Grille - Haledon

This place is currently closed but I wouldn't be surprised if somebody buys it nd opens back up as a grill or a smoke shop

Called at 2:55 and they wouldn't deliver because they stop delivery at 3. Lost a whole family of customers.

Food was great! When I go in staff is always nice and friendly. How ever the bald headed delivery man. Can u say rude?? Not friendly at all. Always rushing can't even let me get my tip money ready because he's such in a rush. I rather skip the rudeness and go pick up my food instead.

I think most grills have the same ingredients and food. The food here is ok. pretty standard. Unfortunately this place is dirty and the service sucks. I asked if they can put an onion ring on my burger and they told me no. Why not? Your already cooking my fries, you can't put an onion ring in the frier it takes the same time and requires no extra effort. You're not even going to tell me 50 cents more and try to make my happy. I know why, because they don't care. No effort. Like they're don't me a favor. Maybe, I'll try again when this owner goes out of business and a new owner comes in again. Hopefully the next owner will have his staff clean and hire people who care.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place always screws up orders and has the worst customer service. I ordered 2 dinners which the woman repeated back. When I picked it up, there was only 1 dinner. I went back in and they wouldn 't fix the problem and didn 't seem to care. The lady acted annoyed and said what would you like me to do? How about get behind the counter and make the burger?! No brainer... such rude workers...
