Yì Chǔ Mù はら Sushi-dokoro Kihara

We had an incredible dining experience at this Michelin-starred sushi restaurant! The sushi was of premium quality and absolutely fresh. The chef showcased amazing skill in preparing each dish. To top it off, the chef even surprised us with a complimentary bowl of delicious miso soup after our sushi course. It was a truly awesome dining experience.

Despite my limited Japanese, the staff was incredibly friendly, with the chef even taking a photo with me. The sushi was definitely worth the price - just under 4000 yen for 10 pieces of nigiri.

We absolutely enjoyed the incredibly fresh sashimi at this restaurant! The recommended sake was also outstanding, and the skilled chefs made us excited to try more dishes.

新鮮な食材を使い、その場で調理されます。本格的な日本スタイルですが、少し高めの価格設定です。しかし、その価値は十分にあります！残念ながら日本語が話せないため、シェフとお客さんのカジュアルな会話に参加できないのが惜しいです。

寿司はかなり美味しくて、値段に見合った価値はありました。ただ、私にはわさびが少し多すぎたようです。しかし、これは北海道のスタイルのようで、他の店ではもっと多かったです。寿司全体は良かったのですが、一つだけとても硬いものがあり、それはあまり楽しめませんでした。残念ながら、英語が通じなかったので、何を食べていたのか分かりませんでした…。
