Kfc - Haines City

Manager tonight refused to fill an order of 6 breasts and 20 tenders. We always get it and always pay extra if asked. Tonight she refused. Gave our business to Zaxbys and Popeyes. I called corporate and complained. They were interested in hearing mycomplaint and apologized for what she did. Service in Haines City needs to improve because as of right now it?s horrible.

Food is absolutely gross. The employees are rude and the chicken taste like a cardboard box. Mac n cheese was def left out for a few days before purchasing. Run far away from this country dump ????

I stopped by the restaurant to grab a simple dinner to take home. I ordered three chicken pot pies, and they were delicious! Each pie has a flaky top crust that I really enjoy, and they’re filled with plenty of chicken and vegetables in a flavorful sauce, which some might refer to as gravy. Honestly, that's all I ever need for a satisfying dinner, along with a side of pancake.

The only issue I have with this restaurant is their early closing time. On a Friday, they shut down at 9:20 PM, which is quite ridiculous. They close early every day, and while I understand if they wrap things up 10 minutes before closing, closing 40 minutes early is just too much. Meanwhile, I noticed a couple of employees laughing near the back by the dumpster. They really need to improve in this area.

The cleanliness could use some improvement. The staff seemed to be just lounging around. The chicken was tasty, but I would consider trying a different location next time.
