Kfc - Haines City

DO NOT GO HERE! The people working here do not care about anything but leaving.

Blast this KFC! Placed a mobile order to be ready at 8:45 pm. I attempt to enter the lobby to pick my order, they lock the lobby so their lazy bums don’t have to clean or interact with patrons. I get back in my car and go through the drive-through and give them my name, they say pull up to the window. Then the workers says they don’t have any chicken ready and it will be 12 minutes! It was suppose to be ready at 8:45, 15 freaking minutes ago!!!

Absolutely horrible experience came through the drive-through Sunday, March 3 at 2 PM sat at the speaker for five minutes and was not addressed by anyone, drove around the building and got back up to the speaker and still sat there for a minute. No one said anything at all until I said hello then I was told I had to wait a Minute. The young lady on the speaker truly sounds like she hates her job and does not want to be here so you should hire people who actually want to work. Also I still was in line for over 30 minutes trying to get my food Please hire better staff with all the people in the world needing jobs nowadays it should not be hard to find quality people who want to work.

The manager lady it’s very attentive to the customer and makes sure orders are made perfect for you. Me as a customer appreciate that. Cons- they should be a little more faster with orders some customers was complaining about long waiting times. They may not return if that continues happening. Take note manager lady!!

I left a review before and I gave it a one star… I came back after two months to see if anything has changed! And nothing has changed! I really don’t know have this kfc is still up and running
