After spending 5 Days walking and ubering all around Austin, I think I can say professionally that this place is extremely Austin.

Quick catering with different choice of breads and ingredients to make its pastrami bacon salmon bagel eggs etc. ...but very good and very little caloric if you want to change the traditional sandwich go to air bagel
