Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Host was nice. I sat right away. My gourmet burger was decent, but not pink enough in the middle. Sweet potato fries were good with a nice crispy outside. I wanted a milkshake, but they were out of ice. Should have been the first thing they told me when I went through the door.

I'm not sure where some of these other reviewers were, but I had an incredible experience at the Valley Mall location in Hagerstown, MD. The waitress was fantastic, ensuring our drinks and fries were always topped up. Unlike many other places, even the special lemonades had unlimited refills. The Sunset Lemonade was as delicious as the Bacon Cheeseburger and Garlic Fries! After enjoying three glasses of lemonade, the waitress even offered me another! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

Not bad. The burgers are decent, the shakes are enjoyable, and the bottomless appetizers offer good value for the price. The service is excellent—very attentive and efficient. However, the food falls short when you consider the hefty bill. The burger patties are bland, and the toppings don't quite make up for it. Additionally, the menu lacks variety.
