フィードバックを提供するWhen my family and I arrived I noticed A10 car wait at the drive-through. We went inside and waited to be served at the register. They do have the self-order machines. These machines in my experience have taken longer than ordering with anindividual. I don't use them now. After several minutes a fellow recognized us waiting to take our order. Everyone had beenworking hard to service the people at the drive-thru window. I noticed the man taking our order was deaf so I carefully signed afew words and was pleasantly surprised that it was accepted. I don't recall the fellow's name but he was quite nice and funny. Iappreciate his humor. And in the middle of taking a drink of my milkshake it was nice to be able to answer him through signlanguage when he asked me a question. Delightful gentleman. Good service.
Our go to for late night food after a long shift. They?re always kind and the food is always fresh. Thank you for being there especially during these hard times!
The food was cold, and it seemed like none of the tables were clean. I understand that finding staff can be challenging, but providing poor service can drive customers away as well.
The staff at this McDonald's are exceptionally professional and efficient. Unlike many other locations, they are happy to customize any order and make changes to their standard meals without any hassle. In my opinion, this is the best McDonald's in Hagerstown.
We absolutely love this McDonald's! They are always organized and quick with our orders. I want to give a huge thank you to Tommy, an employee there, who went above and beyond to help me when my car overheated in their parking lot. He stayed with me until he managed to bring enough water to cool down my car so I could drive home. Tommy was amazing! Thank you once again; it was truly appreciated.
