Mcdonald's - Hagerstown

This McDonald's is pretty much what you'd expect in terms of food, service, and parking. Everything in those areas meets expectations. However, the low rating comes from the unpleasant condition of the men's restroom.

I was very disappointed to find no ice in my iced tea. I might as well just order a regular tea next time. Additionally, the fries were cold and they were tossed into the bag carelessly. What a letdown!

The drive-thru process here was quite frustrating. When I handed over my coupon code for scanning, the employee seemed annoyed and instead of assisting me, he started reading the fine print out loud, specifically the part about when to inform him about my order. Is it really that big of a deal that I forgot to mention it? It felt like he was trying to make me feel small. Additionally, I had to wait at least 12 minutes in the drive-thru, and the location itself isn't very convenient either. Overall, not a great experience.

I went out for lunch today and was hoping to order a fish sandwich. However, the staff informed me that they were understaffed and couldn’t prepare any. So, I decided to order a Coke, only to be told by the same worker that their soda machine was broken. I then tried to order a coffee, but another employee explained that they were still understaffed and couldn’t make any coffee either. Keep in mind, it was only 11:30 AM. I won’t be returning to this McDonald's again.
