Awful service today 10/13/23. Gentlemen at the window was in such a rush to serve me my coffee . I asked him to scan my code he claims he did but I had a promotion that wasn’t applied because he lied didn’t scan the code . Then I hand him my card for payment he is rude and working fast hands me my card back I’m trying to put it back in my wallet he pushing my drunk out the window in a rush the drink is spilling out the top I asked for napkins he hands me another straw I said no I need napkins for my drink that is spilling over onto my pants . His response was rude and snappy . Rolled his eyes and stated come on sheesh . Awful window service for simple 8.00 dollar coffee . Thanks but no thanks Dunkin . The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service was exceptional, deserving a perfect 5. The atmosphere was also average, with a score of 3. I would recommend trying the Breakfast Sandwich along with one of their regular sandwiches. Overall, it’s a solid place to enjoy a meal in the morning!

I was hired but only worked for one day because they were understaffed. The conditions were appalling; there were mouse droppings everywhere near the food storage. I wasn’t paid for my six hours of work, and when I tried to follow up, they kept lying and claiming they deposited my pay directly, which I don’t even have. Whenever I called, they hung up on me and refused to respond. This experience has been extremely disrespectful.

I ordered my drink and it was slightly incorrect, but the service was excellent and the food came out quickly. Overall, I would rate it as follows: Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5.
