Dunkin' - Hagerstown

I have been going to this shop for many years. I have never been sold such terrible donuts! They were day-old, stale and very tough. Fresh donuts are not tough! I am very disappointed in the lack of quality control in this DD. I won't ever buy food there again. This used to be the best DD in town, but no longer. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
