Black Rock Hagerstown PRIORITY SEATING

We had an amazing time cooking our meat on a hot lava rock! The waitress was attentive, gave great recommendations, and was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back again.

Service was lousy, Food very overpriced, quality does not match the price point. Scallops were overcooked and rubbery. Shrimp was poor quality and the cook didn’t bother to devein. My dinner companion ordered a mediumrare steak that came out well done. Very disappointed

I was excited to get the priory seating for this new restaurant. My friend and I were right on time for our seating. Went in to tell them we arrived and we were told by the hostess that it would be a minute wait for out door seating and if we wanted inside. We wanted to sit outside on this beautiful night. We waited minutes, and then checked in again to be sure we were not overlooked because walk ins were being seated. Again at minutes later. This time I was more upset because they originally told us minutes now we have been waiting minutes. The hostess definitely made a mistake. Because she did apologize to me over and over, but there was zero compensation for our inconvenience. This was the first time I used open table so I am not sure if it was the restaurant or the app. Food was delicious and our server was very efficient and friendly
