Taco Bell - Hadley

I have been stuck in the drive-thru line for the past 30 minutes, with cars behind me trying to sneak onto the road and block traffic. It seems like there are some personal reasons for this, but they should communicate with customers to let them know to move the line. Additionally, the phone number isn't even good. Corporate needs to look into this franchise.

This is the worst taco place on the planet! They close whenever they feel like it, and when they are open, the orders are always incorrect. It is obvious that they do not care about their customers.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, but I have always encountered very rude service. The sign on the door indicates that they open at 9 o'clock, but their online listing states they open at 10 o'clock. After waiting until 10:30, I finally managed to grab someone's attention, only to be told that they were closed. When I asked what time they actually closed, the response was unhelpful and unprofessional - "I don't know." Additionally, their phone number never seemed to work.

A sad man in a snapback insulted me when I came to the auto thru window to ask if the restaurant was closed. the dirty fingernails politely slide the window up and the weak tones of eminem penetrated, told me the rest of the story.

Ordered online 20 minutes before arriving, still waited 30 minutes and my food was cold. The store hours are awful too. I know this is taco bell, but there's know 2 things I'm worried about coming here, fast and cheap, and it's not at all, and not that cheap ether.
