Subway - Haddam

This Subway is under new management, Don't pay attention to older reviews. The new owners and staff are unbelievably friendly and do a wonderful job. This is the worst subway I have ever visited. They don't take coupons, the staff is barely able to make your order to your specifications and they use old, rotting product. Disgusting. See how the meat is turning black... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I called to inquire about a promotional deal that Subway was offering, but they hung up on me before I could even finish my question. This is poor customer service. To clarify, I wasn't asking about prices or anything like that; I simply wanted to know if the restaurant was participating in the promotion. There was no need for a pricing discussion since it was a free deal. A quick response like, “Yes, we are participating. Thank you, and have a great day,” would have taken just two seconds.

The restaurant is almost never open; it seems like it may have gone out of business.
