The restaurant offers great food and is a welcome addition to the local community. However, the owners need to focus more on their customers and be less cold and dismissive towards them. Some of the staff, particularly a woman, come across as unwelcoming and arrogant, which is off-putting to customers. It's important for them to make patrons feel valued and appreciated, especially since there are many other coffee shops in the area to choose from.
