Food: delicious Service: attentive. It was a birthday celebration. They came out with the stuff that made all kinds of noise, made the relatives dance and experience memorable Value: it was similar in to any hibachi restaurant. Decor is very nice. Parking: luckily we got there early and got a good spot. Place is busy all the time and parking can be an issue.

Overpriced food that is not authentic. They couldn't even cut the sushi rolls properly.

Fujiyama is the best restaurant experience in the Hackettstown. This sushi haven has become my go-to spot, thanks to its winning combination of outstanding food, exceptional service, and a genuine appreciation for its regulars. From the minute you step in, it's like they've been waiting for you your whole life. The staff is super friendly and on top of things, making you feel like a VIP. I believe it's the manger/owner that stops by every table and always ensures everything is running smoothly. I have never had a bad experience with food or service when dining in. If you're in the area this is a must go!

If you want to spend your hard earned money at a business that cares about their customers, this is the place. Kevin and the staff are always warm and welcoming; they making sure to check on all tables no matter how busy they are. The food is fresh and the team makes the extra effort to accommodate any dietary restriction. They even went the extra mile to cook the salmon for my sister in law who is pregnant and was craving an Alaska roll. Great ambiance and food! BYOB!
