They say all 5 guys are the same, but I beg to differ. Because of the Giants Jets game I went to the Hackensack location instead of my usual East Rutherford spot. Big mistake. The burgers were over cooked, the fries were extra soggy, and the store was really dirty!!! Went back to East Rutherford the next weekend and everything was back to AWESOME!!! Great Burgers, Great Fries, and the place is kept soo Clean!! In other words....Do Not Go to the 5 guys in Hackensack. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Called 5 minutes before closing not only was my order done in an orderly fashion but the employees although ready to close up were still ready to accommodate me.The order came just as asked and hit the spot couldn't thank thank them enough for the amazing customer service Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
