A bakery from Taiwan! They offer fresh bread every day. The cakes are delightful, with the mango cake being a particular favorite!
As a child, I frequently visited JJ Bakery, and I would always order the pineapple bun and egg tart. This time was no different.
I’m a huge fan of JJ Bakery. They have several locations, and you can always count on finding an impressive selection of light, flaky, subtly sweet breads, along with some denser, sweeter options. The fruity cakes look fantastic, but I haven’t had the chance to try them yet. This particular location in Hacienda Heights is smaller compared to their others, but they still offer a wide array of delicious choices and have no problem with packing them up for you. The staff was consistently friendly and always restocking fresh pastries, making it easy for me to grab my treats and head out as soon as I decided how many delectable items I wanted to take home.
