Really beautiful view! They only serve lunch and breakfast. At night you can only order drinks so if you are looking for dinner go elsewhere

We didn't pay anything at all. They let us sit there for for hours and served us free tea. Very nice very of the bay and city.

I was here a few times and I really enjoy it. here is what is great: food: I have often ordered the salat, and I must say it is probably the best salat I found in ha long. they have a good selection of herbal ingredients in salad, such as olives and sprouts. it's healthy. the balsamic dressur is delicious. I also ordered their pasta and enjoyed it. they are always able to meet my nutritional needs and I really appreciate that. service: large personal. they care very much about our needs and are always very friendly. they are polite and professional. they do not speak all English, but there is in the rule someone in front of location, which can be incredibly helpful (and necessary). atmosphere: very cozy and clean. comfortable chairs. good airflow and temperature inside. they also have a load that sells some health products that is a very cool idea. They have imported Yogi tea (a big brand) and emergen C packs for filling electrolytes and other health goods.
