This restaurant is a fantastic hidden gem! The food has a homestyle feel that will transport you back to a 1950's diner, with nostalgic and comforting dishes. The portions are generous and well worth the price, with a regular specials board to choose from. The rissoles are a must-try, served with your choice of mash and veg or chips and salad. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. I have visited this restaurant five times and each time the service and food quality have been consistently excellent. It has become a regular stop for me when I am in Gympie for business. They also serve great coffee. I am very impressed with this place. Overall, great food, great service, and great value for money.

Lovely little café with early breakfast at a very reasonable price! They also do lunch as well as I recall. I really like the soft pancakes (remember to let the owner know you want just a bit more ice-cream on top). The food at this restaurant is excellent, especially the Benny burger. The staff is also amazing.
