I am always impressed every time I visit this restaurant. Stefan goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, and the welcome is always warm and friendly. The coffee is delicious, and I really appreciate the complimentary Welsh cake they offer.

Visited after dawn trip to summit. What a gem. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, great food and service. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting with host Stefan. Very knowledgeable and insightful. Will definitely return.

The owner, Steffan, was absolutely amazing. He was welcoming and entertained me with his storytelling by the fireplace. The coffee and homemade fruit cake were delicious. Thank you, Steffan, for being so hospitable and kind. I look forward to seeing you next year during my hike in the UK. Your Welsh energy and humor made me smile so much. It's definitely worth stopping by the Snowdon Cafe for this unique and original cafe experience.

After braving strong winds and freezing rain with a windchill of 10 degrees, our amazing group of fundraising girls received the warmest and most heartfelt welcome from the incredible café owner Steffan. We were greeted like old friends, provided with bags for our wet clothes, hand and bottom warmers, a cozy fire, hot tea, and delicious homemade cake. Steffan even shared his brilliant recipe book with us, and we can't wait to try making the Bara Brith soon. But most importantly, we appreciated his kindness, humor, and captivating stories. It was hard to leave, but we are already looking forward to returning. This experience was the perfect end to a challenging day and restored joy and comfort to us.
