フィードバックを提供するI was stuck in the drive-through for half an hour, which made me late for an appointment. The two girls at the window didn't know how to use the Starbucks app. They should consider removing the median. Last time, a car stalled and caused me to be late for work. It's nearly impossible to get through there in less than 25 minutes, app or not.
This Starbucks experience was the worst I have ever had. I am originally from Connecticut and visiting Mississippi for the first time. The way I was treated by an employee, I believe her name is Tabitha, was disgusting. Shame on you. First off, we called at 9:00pm asking if we could get service if we arrived at 9:20pm. Tabitha claimed that if we arrived before 9:30pm we would get service, so why the attitude? My husband is a truck driver and we just wanted some good coffee before heading to Florida. Tabitha seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and an attitude for no apparent reason. Sorry it took me a minute to load my Starbucks mobile app card. Honestly, the only reason this place is getting one star is because the gentleman with the red hair was friendly and nice. I believe energy is something that is transmitted, if you don't feel up to attending a customer, let someone else handle that customer. If I happen to pass by Mississippi again, I know where not to go. Thanks.
I have discovered a new favorite drink at Starbucks - the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with a double shot! It is absolutely delicious.
Whoever was apart of the crew for morning shift on November 3rd were some of the most hard working and sweetest people. Despite customers being negative towards them the crew kept their heads and did an amazing job. Through the whole 20-30 minutes I was there I never saw any negativity from the crew. Keep it up guys!!! ????
Payton does an amazing job but poor guy doesn?t have much help even one of ladies told Tj to hurry up drinks were pretty good, restrooms were dirty, 30 min wait for coffee ?.
