Visited with my mother who is disabled and fights to foot. I was disappointed that there was no gluten free offer apart from a few cookies. the young, slightly healed young man who served me concentrated on others in caffe while serving me. I sat down with my mother and called out our two tees. I have indicated where we sat (5 meters away) he brought the drinks over and said: "Smell your drinks next time" I think a little more focus on the customer service would not go. certainly not the quality or level of service I would expect, even in the simpler facility. to blunt, no please do not thank them and despite relatiw quiet messy floors and grubby tables.

I stopped by this restaurant while waiting for someone at the hospital. The tables were in need of cleaning. The coffee was tasty, but there was a limited selection of pastries, many of which were sold out. The staff was friendly.

A great experience on my first and only visit. I made a very simple order of cappuccino with soy milk, the next customer ordered cappuccino with vanilla. as the drinks where the customer was ready for me to gather soy. I was also standing, and was sung by the personal member I didn't have her." he embarrassed me before the others, I didn't expect me to be blown, so I was reset after I explained that I ordered the soy cappuccino. when the next drink was finished with vanilla. No one came to collect it. that man with the soya realized that he made a mistake. I said once again, I ordered the soya capuccino. it was not offered an apology that was offered with a heavy cold and the wrong drink to pass it, bless him, but he took the drink back. I was offered a fresh coffee, but when he was overwhelmed, it was lukewarm, discusting! I will never visit there again!

For each two coffees a black and a white American £2,80, terrible, weak and tasteless, if it wasn't for the waiter to come back to tescos, I would have both taken them back and complained.

Popped in to grab a coffee quickly and ended up paying £2.40 for a small thimble of filter coffee. The coffee is good but not worth £2.40 for fours sips. It was also not hot so that was a disappointment.
