Return to briquette are red after lockdown. excellent as always. food, services, reasonable prices. everything was perfect. we appreciated the quality of the service. no monitoring. no arrogance, no familiarity. the middle. eat fresh and well served. nice to find it again. just as it was.

Our meal, from beginning to end, was excellent. a simple but, ah, so delicious tomato starters, fish for the main and strawberry rtiramisu to finish. the dishes were simple but very tasty, and at a very reasonable price. I have to say that. I preferred the diocese red dinner to the one we had in their Michelin star restaurant in everyone, not only expensive. it was simple and simply delicious.

We had a wonderful meal in this contemporary art red with famous boilers. can not blame anything from welcoming to service and amazing food (I had the fresh local river trout). it has a gastronomic restaurant and hotel that we unfortunately have no time to try.

We were blown away from the food in briquette, it is good price and the quality of the food is amazing. we had three courses (including meat, pasta and dessert) and all were delicious. if you want to experience the best restaurant of the cote basque (which is connected to the other side of this restaurant and runs out of the same kitchen), but do not want a bomb money fall, then this is their option. the atmosphere and the service were also great. Five stars!
