Tiflis - Gudermes

A charming restaurant with a wonderful ambiance. The service is prompt, the food is tasty, and the sofas are very comfortable.

The restaurant offers seating in the main hall as well as booths on the second floor. The food is generally delicious, particularly the eggplant salad and kharcho soup. While the service could be improved, the staff do bring out the food promptly.

This is a rather intriguing establishment! Unfortunately, the iced coffee and tea— which tasted more like warmed fruit juice than anything properly brewed— were quite disappointing. The black tea was essentially just hot water. Now, regarding the meat: we ordered a lamb rack but received meat from a 10-year-old ram that was mostly fatty and overcooked! To make matters worse, two different songs were playing simultaneously, which made it challenging to appreciate the ambiance.
