San Martino - GUBBIO

A very light lunch, a salad that was so fresh the leaves might have been picked that morning, certainly they had never seen the inside of a plastic bag. I had a simple toasted sandwitch, which was beautiful. Beer and coffee to wash it down. Excellent and only 16euro. Quick lunch doesn't get any better.

When walking in Gubbio we walked along this place and we took crescia for lunch. The owner recommended his raw ham (prosciutto crudo) and that’s what we took. This accompanied by a glass of nice pecorino wine made the lunch complete. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. A recommendation when visiting Gubbio.

Lovely dinner at San Martino. We had the 4 course set menu for € 16. Every dish was delicious. A meal to remember from our visit to Gubbio.
